WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 14 days of receipt of your order/purchase, you may return any item in it’s original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.
Every ingredient we use in our fresh-baked treats is 100% human-grade. If you are ever dissatisfied-for any reason-return the product along with a note explaining why and we’ll be happy to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
BACB Unleashed uses United States Postal Service (USPS) as the primary carrier for most small items. Most packages are sent via Priority Mail. All large items are shipped via UPS.
Should you require faster service, please contact us with your preference of shipping method and for an exact quote.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?
For orders outside of Rochester, Minnesota we charge a flat rate of $12 dollars.
If faster service is required, the shipping cost will be based on weight and distance. Please contact us for an exact quote.
AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER, HOW SOON WILL IT SHIP?
Generally your order will ship in 1-2 days. If an item is out of stock and you prefer to wait for that item, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email notice confirming that your order is in route.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
When a package is shipped via our standard carrier (USPS) you will not be required to sign for a package. However, if a package has been shipped via UPS you may be required to sign.
