Where is the next PUPPY Picasso? It could be right here in Rochester. During this event dogs will have a chance to release their inner artist. Dogs and their humans create keepsake pieces of art to take home–from paw printing on canvas or stone to a possible ornament. It will be a memento to cherish for years to come.
